Is bookkeeping the same as having a CPA?
No. A bookkeeper handles the financial routine: recording, categorizing, reconciling and monthly reports. Your CPA uses that material to calculate and file taxes. We hand over an organized package to your accountant, which usually cuts cost and rework at tax time.
My books are months behind. Can you take that on?
Yes. That is exactly what the 3-month Diagnosis is for: we start with an audit and clean-up of recent months, reconcile properly, and only then implement the routine that keeps it current.
Do I need to already use QuickBooks?
No. If you are not on it yet, we set the account up from scratch with the right chart of accounts for your industry. If you already use it, we review the setup before taking over.
Is the service in person?
Service is remote and dedicated, with video meetings and direct WhatsApp contact. We work mainly in Florida and Massachusetts, but serve Brazilian-owned businesses across the US.
