03 One-off Diagnosis · 3 months

Diagnosis & Strategy

A 3-month financial assessment: clean-up, variance analysis and strategic planning to turn scattered numbers into a clear direction. This is where most clients start.

The path

Three months, three clear deliverables

Each month has a defined objective and a concrete deliverable. You always know where you are and what comes next.

01 Month 1

Data gathering and KPI structuring

We audit the last three to six months of activity, redo reconciliation wherever needed and restructure the chart of accounts for your industry. By the end of the month you have a reliable picture of where the company actually stands.

  • Audit and clean-up of entries
  • Corrected bank and credit card reconciliation
  • Definition of the key business indicators
02 Month 2

Routine implementation and financial oversight

With the foundation right, we implement the routine that keeps everything current: who records what, when and in which system. We run the first full close under the new standard and review margins and KPIs together with you.

  • Financial routine designed and deployed
  • First close with a KPI review
  • Margin analysis by service, job or client
03 Month 3

Consolidation of the financial strategy

We compare the three-month evolution, identify trends and close the project with a final presentation: what the numbers say, what the financial priorities are and which path makes sense for the coming quarters.

  • Trend comparison across the three months
  • Financial priority plan
  • Final presentation with a long-term view

Who it is for

Companies that grew faster than their own finance function. If you cannot say with confidence which client is profitable, if your books are behind, if your accountant complains every year about the quality of the information, or if you simply want to try the work before signing a monthly retainer, the diagnosis is the way in.

What you receive at the end

  • Reconciled, trustworthy management accounting for recent months.
  • A defined set of indicators that are actually being tracked.
  • A documented financial routine, with owners and frequency.
  • A final presentation with a priority plan and long-term view.

And after the three months?

Many clients continue with Bookkeeper Basic or Financial Support Premium to keep the new routine running. But the diagnosis is a self-contained project: you can close it at the end of month three with all the material in hand and no obligation to continue.
